SpeedFan won't work cuz it actually records wrong temps with 5,6,7 or more Celsius degrees bigger than the real ones { checked with 2 different hardware monitors }.

And here comes the big question : What softwares do you know where i can set the fan to spin at a certain value made by the CPU temps ?

Also, for unknown reason, my last thread about this was deleted, though i've created it less than a hour ago....

Sorry, I didn't know 18KfanGUI was only for dell. I found another utility that may work for you:

Argus Monitor; Click Here to download.

What brand is your motherboard? Many motherboard manufacturers have software that lets you control the fan speeds.

If you have the budget, get a fan controller. They start at about $25 and are great for controlling fans when you need specific tuning. Other than that try 18KfanGUI, that is the only other fan control software I can think of.

Do you have Dell Vostro A100 or custom built PC? If Dell, nothing you can do to control CPU fan speed, except fan controller or making your fans to run at 100%.

I already said above that i use a desktop...

thanks dude, that really works, thank you. It records the real temps. and you can create graphs for every pwm controller fan in your computer.

But one more thing, if you used this, do you know how can i change the refresh rate ? I mean it's updating the temps like once at a 3 seconds but i'd like once per second...

I'm not really sure about that, but I don't think it is a good idea to set it to 1 sec because then it will constantly rev the fans up and down for even small temperature spikes, which will be very annoying.
