Question Need a decent budget PSU (550-600W)

I'll be soon upgrading my cpu to i5-9400f along with the B365M and DDR4 2x8GB 2666MHz RAM. GPU is GTX 1060 6GB. 250GB SSD and 1TB HDD.
I dont have much money left for a PSU (50-70$) I'm assuming that 550-600W will be enough for my system. I've found out that EVGA 600 BR is quite cheap, but is it a good option? If not, what are the other options? I live in Lithuania, I can't ship from Amazon or newegg etc... because of big shipping taxes. Bear in mind that everything is overpriced a bit in this country.
