You can go for that one, tho it is ATX form factor, not MicroATX.
I mean if your 9700K is doing everything you want it too i wouldnt sell it yet, its still a strong CPU.
If you want to upgrade you have to make it worth it.
Smth like this for $500 is the cheapest new alternative that will make you see a difference in performance, while also keeping up with the modern DDR5 platform.

Well I bought it used for 120, plus I actually never managed to use it because I screwed up a pin when replace my old one. I was thinking about doing something like this:

The difference in gaming performance between the 9700K and the 12400F is usually the 12400F being 5%-10% better than the 9700K, depending on the game.
In no world would I pay $250 for a 5-10% performance increase.
My advice to you is either save around $450-$500 for something like the Ryzen 7600 build i sent you, on the brand new DDR5 platform, which offers a way better futureproofing/upgradability path than paying $250 to stay on DDR4, or, buy a used Z390 motherboard and keep using your 9700K, you could even push it further by OC-ing it, make sure you sort of the cooling first.

Raptor lake refresh will be the last cpu line for socket 1700. With AM5, support is offered until 2026. They may be a little more expensive to set up now compared to socket 1700 but upgrading cpu is assured on AM5 for few yrs yet. Might want to reconsider.

I would exclude the phantom gaming 4 as it supports DDR4 memory only.
The other 4 are fine, you choose which one you like more.
