I needed a decent rendering system for 3ds Max, Maya and mudbox. The softwares are for creating animated films and product design. Since im not that tech savy i came to the forums looking for someone that could help me. suggest me some decent rendering builds and what would give me most value for my money.

Solution
Here is a system for this price range. But since you put the dollar sign after the number I am guessing you are European. Pricing and availability might be affected. If you want please provide your country of purchase and links to any preferred online vendors. And do you need any of the following:
- Operating System (OS) software
- Monitor
- Keyboard/mouse
- Wifi and/or bluetooth connectivity

Knowing these items I can modify the build accordingly.

That looks fine, but perhaps would use a X370 instead of a B350 in there.
Most B350's vrms suck. Get a X370 Taichi or crosshair.

Yes, no doubt, the Taichi or Crosshair are better mobos with better power phases and so on. And if the intent is to overclock I would recommend either one of them in a split second over a B350 mobo.

But this will increase the build by a minimum $88 and put us over the budget. I consider the $1200 to be a hard point because it is the upper end of a range. So I would have to downgrade something which would likely result in a downgrade of the system performance. Since it is a rendering machine it will see some heavy usage but without an overclock this will be at stock voltages. The Gaming 3's power phases I believe will handle it without issue. Another X370 mobo to consider would be the Pro Carbon which is a little cheaper.
