need a economic processor

hi frnds..

pls suggest me a good processor to play games like crysis, watch dogs, nfs rivals without any lag under medium settings..

my video card is sapphire ati hd 7770 1gm gddr5.

is i5 4440 is enough?? or i have to go for i5 4690k??

Something like the i5 4670k with a good gpu like a gtx 760. a lesser processor can be bought but this will allow for max settings assuming 1 1080p monitor. make sure you have an adequate psu to power the gpu. The cpu by itself will not be enough.

If you do not want to OC, do not need the iGPU, willing to pay max @ about 4690K's price, a XEON E3-1231V3 would be interesting.
E3-1231V3 is an i7 4790 (no-K) but slightly underclocked, without the iGPU and has about the same price as 4690K.

As for the GPU if you need to buy one, I would recommend a single GTX970 for a 1080p/1200p single monitor setup.

The i5 4440 is just fine, you dont need anything better if you are on a budget.
