I have a AAEON GENE-TC05 motherboard:

What kind of enclosure is compatible?

Hi
that is a propriety motherboard for use in embedded applications and as such is a non standard size,I very much doubt you will find a ready made case for that to fit into.
You may be able to find a plastic case that the motherboard would fit into and then drill the holes for the connectors yourself.

If you don't feel like making the I/O panel yourself there are companies like this out there:
