[SOLVED] Need a fansplitter with 3 pin to 2x 4 pins

I have 2 fans currently and 2 coming in, I bought 2 splitters one for the back of the case and one for the front of the case. The back of my case has a 4 pin connector so I am fine there. But my front end has a 3 pin connector. So will I have problems with connecting a 4 pin splitter to it since there are only 3 pins on the mobo to connect to in the front? If I will have a problem, can someone link a 3 pin to 2x 4 pins, because I cannot find any. Thanks.

3-pin connector is compatible with 4-pin header and vice-versa,
