need a fast and less lagging motherboard

I wanna build small lan cpu that have fast thinking less lagging with specification i need is:
-Wireless transfer data (wifi)
-Use RAM wisely (i want 4gb ram use it optimum)
-compatible with newest FX 6+ or newest APU processor.

I need a notherboard that can optimum distrubute memory ram if needed, fast enough to read hdd.....i need less lagging cpu!

Is there any?

If you are using WIFI you won't get great performance unless you can use 5Ghz and are very close to your WIFI source. Otherwise streaming or other heavy data transfer activities are less than optimal.

Your wants are unclear... Are you saying you want a whole new pc? that's what it sounds like. You need a new, faster CPU, a new motherboard and faster hdd?
HDD: Western digital 7200rpm 1tb hdd for 50ish dollars. or just get an SSD
CPU: intel i5-6600k, i5-4690k, i5-4460, i5-6600. Etc Any i5 would be a good choice or if you have the money, get an i7.
Motherboard:Any z97. The ASrock Z97 EXTREME4 is a great choice
