Question Need a fix please

Hi everyone,
couple of weeks ago i downloaded the godfather 2 and it runs perfect on windows 8.1 and i shut down my pc and open it again now i try to play the game i get surprised that the game run extremely slow however my system requirements higher from the game requirements i need a fix please cause this issue alwayes happen to me with every game

Possessor: intel core i5 - 3317U CPU @ 1.7 GHz
Ram: 6 GB (5.89 GB usable)
System type : 64bit
Video card: NVIDIA Geforce GT 635M

If it's with every game then the issue isn't with the game but instead with OS or hardware.

Is your Win legit or pirated? Also, are the games bought with money (e.g Steam) or downloaded free from the net (e.g torrent)?
