I wouldn't recommend buying a Windows key for less then what MS or legit retailers sell it for as those cheaper keys are probably stolen or duplicates and MS will end up just revoking it at some point. You can download/use Win10 for free until you can afford a key.

That is not a good PSU.

Ah why thank you for that so it won’t expire at all till I pay for a key?even if it takes 2 months as an example

Dude, I suggest you use win 10 as trial until you can buy it at normal price :) https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwiUtMvk-unWAhWBSiYKHfiSBoIQFggoMAA&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.howtogeek.com%2F244678%2Fyou-dont-need-a-product-key-to-install-and-use-windows-10%2F&usg=AOvVaw0XZXlwLL2RC76vEliS83m4

You only lose personalized setting, other functionalities are the same.

Check the build I have listed above. For $22 more, you get a much better graphics card... http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1070-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1060-6GB/3609vs3639

Windows instruction here... https://www.howtogeek.com/244678/you-dont-need-a-product-key-to-install-and-use-windows-10/

A friend downloaded Win10 (you have a option during installation to skip the part where it ask you for a key) and he has been using it for about one and a half months without issues or watermark and is still able to get updates and such.
