I have no idea on how to build a computer so I am hoping you would help me. I am on a $800 budget. I will use the computer for League of Legends, CS:GO and osu. I do not need a mouse, keyboard, monitor, or operating system. I prefer quality over performance. I do not know that much on computers.

Check out PC Part Picker for selecting Parts. Also, wait until Black Friday for some awesome deals, expecially from NewEgg and Amazon. I'd build something like this. I can go into more detail if needed:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97-GAMING 3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($97.99 @ Amazon)

If you have any wiggle room, bump the graphics card up to a R9 280X, R9 290, or NVIDIA 970 (cheapest to most expensive).

Some would argue to drop the SSD and cheap out on other components to squeeze in a GTX 970, as it's a killer performance at $330, but if you're only playing those games at 1080p, I'd prefer a PC that is a nice overall performer.

A tad over budget.

Off the top of my head.

$240: i5-4690k (Not overclocking, get a i5-4xxx, not i5-4xxxk)
$330: gtx 970 or ($300) r9 290
$75: 8gb/ $150: 16gb ddr3 (1.5v or less) ram
$40 - $80: 550W+ (closer to 700 power supply 80+ certified
$25 CPU air cooler (if overclocking)
$110: z97 mobo (if not overclocking get a cheaper mobo like H85 or something. Just make sure the socket is 1155)
$20: dvd drive (optional)
$60: 1tb Hard drive
$60: 120gb ssd (optional)

This is about $900 for a full system but I am being generous on the pricing. You can find these for cheaper than what I have said in most cases. Most the time, good reviews = good product.

Comments on the builds above.

I wouldn't go less than 1833mhz memory, as 1600 is finally becoming a bottleneck. Usually the same price anyway.

You'd have to verify that mobo supported devils canyon, it might need a BIOS flash. It's not as future proof as a 97 series board either.

You're losing an SSD. Also, I wouldn't waste money on one less than 256GB. Games are approaching 50GB a piece, thanks to cheap console ports.

If you're gaming at or below 1080p, the 970 may be over kill. Let us know. Even though that card is efficient, a 500W PSU is cutting it close, especially if you want to expand.
