looking for a gaming laptop and pc that would be able to run league maxed at a steady 60 fps or so. i have been looking for ahile and i would just like some insight from some more experienced people. also the reason i listed both pc and laptop are because id like to see some options
The Lenovo Y50 is a pretty solid gaming laptop. It has a 14 inch 1080p display with an i7 processor and 16gb of ram so that you could run fraps and edit videos while you're playing. It has an AMD Radeon R9 M270 graphics card which is pretty solid. With 5 hours of battery life you should be able to play for a while unplugged. It weighs 4.9 pounds which is pretty light for a gaming laptop. It goes for $669. My friend has it and runs league at 144 fps (capped). It should be able to tackle anything you throw at it.
As for PC, that is something you would have to do some research on because you can literally get very specific performance for a very specific budget. There's various computers you can put together for different needs at different costs. For the most part though an i5 4690 processor and either an AMD R9 280 or a GTX 750 ti. Both about 100 bucks. After that you can just get a cheap chasis, a standard Corsair CX600 PSU, a Western Digital 1TB HDD, and some RAM. You should only need like 8GB but you can go for 16 GB if you'd like. As for the motherboard you can just get an H97 chipset because you probably won't be messing with the clock rate of your processor. An ASUS, ASrock, or Gigabyte H97 chipset should suffice. All of the above should run around 800, if not you can get a cheaper graphics card like the Radeon HD 7770.
