Need a Gaming setup for less than 1000

I have A lot of accessories such as, keyboard mouse and desk, I need a gaming pc as well as two monitors for less than 1000 cad. I will use it for simple things such as youtube and gaming such as cs:go, overwatch and other eSports titles.The second monitor is for my ps4... I use my ps4 for cod (Can't play on Pc, doesnt feel right lol) and racing/fighting games. My main concern is high fps and graphics around 1080-1440p. I use ethernet and wont use vr nor 4k. Any help is appreciated thx.

Ryzen 3 and 1060 6gb will be good enough. 1070 will be better but hard to make sacrifices to other components to fit it in. use ssd as boot drive and speed will be huge boost. Do you need an OS?
