I rather fancy the eizo fs2333 but need to be certain its a viable option for gaming . I play skyrim ,world of warcraft,diablo3 as well as rts games. need peoples welcome feedback and comments . as for budget no problem I will buy the best option available as it will be a long term commitment

Great.

If 300 pounds (how do I make that symbol on a USA QWERTY keyboard?) is equal about 480 USD then I would STRONLGY recommend making the jump up to 2560 x 1440 resolution.

I currently have a 2560 x 1440 screen (Crossover Q27, 380$ on eBay a year ago) and the difference between 1440p and 1080p is phenomenal! 1080p looks really bad to my eye now. I have a single GTX 670 and run most games on medium-high settings, Medium settings on a 1440p look so much better than even ultra at 1080p. It's like going from 720p to 1080p.

You can ebay 1440p displays from Korea for as low as 299$. Just search for QHD

Your GTX770 should run most games at decent settings.
From Tomshardware review of the GTX 770 it ran BF3 at ultra with 4xMSAA at 2560x1440 at 54 FPS. That would be much higher if you turn down the MSAA and with more pixels you need LESS antialiasing to achive a similar or even better look.

I know there are some issues with paying customs on those screens when ordering from Korea to Europe from a previous thread, I would suggest looking into that.

If you do not believe me I would recommend finding a friend or store that has a 2560 x 1440 display. I Guarantee watching 5 minutes of gaming on a good rig with that resolution will have you ditching 1080p. A lot of friends who have seen my screen went out and bought the same one within days :)

Best of luck to you

I agree 1440p would be the wat to go honestly
