Can anyone recommend me a good 500 - 650 power supply for a 295W drawing build?

I dont want to go cheap on the psu but I dont want to go too high either.

Efficiency - gold is more power efficient than bronze. But doesn't necessarily mean better quality.
In most cases, you won't have a significant decrease in your power usage, the margins between efficiencies are pretty small.

If that is your build, then something akin to the Corsair CX above would be perfectly suitable, but i don't know how well priced these are in your location.
Do you have a particular online shop in mind that you could link?

i checked the Ivory site and the same quality appears to be more expensive - and I wouldn't recommend the nonrated Cooler Master MWE, or the VS Corsair series for example.

it will be 30$ cheaper if i order it from amazon u think i should? i dont mind getting it later because i order a new gpu as well so it will take time to arraive.

I would yes, but ensure that it is exactly the same CX model, as there are OLDER CX models that are not great. You can tell by the colour of the label.
Green label = old and avoid.
Grey label = 2017+ and good.

Following that, the CX grey label is a good quality PSU, that is great value for money in most locations. 5 year warranty and shouldn't cause an issue with your components

but i saw one with 650W for only 10$ more -https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01B72W1VA/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1
and its semi - modular too. u think i should go for the 650W insted? its still cheaper than if i buy the 550W in my country
