The title pretty much says it all. I have a 5820k and I want to oc it to 4.0-4.1 ghz. I want to know what would would be a good aio water cooler to keep it cool while under mild load (gaming).I have zero interest in custom loops or air coolers so no suggestions on those please. Thanks

The Swiftech H220X or H240X. They are the best AIO's on the market, outperforming every CLC in their respective sizes.

They come sealed, but can be expanded in the future should you become interested in adding a component.

What about the h100i or glacer 240l. I'm sure the swiftech ones are great but I dont want to spend for top performance if I dont need it. I'm looking to get it running to 4.0 ghz and keep the temps in the 40-50 ish range while gaming. If a cheaper cooler can do it, then that's what im looking for.

You can see the temps here. KitGURU overclocked running an H100i.

The H100i is good, but you'll need to replace the fans unless you want a leaf blower next to you. The stock fans are upwards of 60dBA at max RPM. Depending on the fans you buy, you can end up spending more than it would cost to buy an H220X (for example, two Noctua F12's would cost you $60).

The 240L is a Swiftech H220 (non X, older model). The difference is it uses Cooler Master's fans (more powerful but much louder) and it had some pump issues.
