i need a nice video card that will work well with my 350mhz pentium 2 with 96mb ram, but im kinda on a "budget" (im 14). i have about $100 and Im thinking about getting a Prophet 2 mx 32mb PCI (i dont have a AGP slot). which card is the best and what type of framerates will i get? I know i have a weak system but i cant afford a new one.

Sounds good to me considering your system. As for framerates I havn't a clue but maybe someone else can fill you in. Also a Radeon PCI may be ok as well.

I too have only PCI slot. Im about to upgrade too.
I have done some quite a bit of research and decided that im gonna buy ATI RADEON 32 Mb PCI. It's less than $100 US and has video input stuff. whereas ge force Mx is more money.

I found that radeon tends to beat the ge force MX at higher 32 bit resolutions.
