Need a good fan/cooling solution for GT240

I have a XFX GT240 with a horribly loud fan. I'm new to replacing graphics card fans, and need some help. What's a good cooler for an application like this? preferably the quieter the better.

Looks like my current fan on the card only has 2 wires - so no fan control - which is what I want. How can i get fan control on this card via a program like MSI afterburner?

Isn't there a fan control in the nVidia control panel? Although if it is as you say, It's highly likely that the fan always operates at 100%.

Yeah but since my fan only has 2 wires, it can't be controlled via software. So i'm wondering how you control a fan via software if your gfx board only has a 2 pin fan connector?

OK, so fan control is a no-go?

But if that's the case, then even if you buy an aftermarket cooler for the GT240, then you wouldn't be able to control its speed either, unless it has some resistance wire or a motherboard fan header.
