Need a good mini tower case for a pc

I'm building a PC, and I need a case. I really like something like the Fractal design arc mini r2, but I have a budget of $50. I also want my LED fan to be visible, so I'm looking for a window or mesh on the case. Thanks!

Mini Towers will be hard to find with that budget and the window. Can you live with a mid tower case?
