Need a good monitor ($180-200)

I recently built a computer and was looking to upgrade my monitor (Dell™ E171FP 17"). The main purpose of monitor is watching full HD movies and browsing. No gaming at all. My max budget is $180-200. 21.5 or 22 is the size I am looking for. I have gigabyte 880gma-ud2h motherboard with ATI Radeon HD 4250

The HP 2211x only has a 1-year manufacturer warranty. I suggest this monitor instead:

It has really good reviews on newegg but I have no experience with monitors.

That's smaller than the one I suggested, after reading about the blue tinge on low-end LED backlights, I'm not so sure having an LED backlight is really an advantage, and Asus refuses to specify the static contrast ratio. That doesn't necessarily make it a bad monitor, though.

The VX2250WM-LED adds an LED backlight and loses an HDMI input compared to the VX2239WM.
