Need a Good Monitor for Gaming

Hey guys, My old monitor from viewsonic died and since then i have been using a 1024x768 monitor from panasonic. I was looking online and i found a good monitor (according to me) at a good price. I need a similarly priced monitor if this one is not good enough

I'd recommend "Acer GN246HLB" for gaming since it's 250$ depending on where you buy it and is 1080p 144hz refresh rate.

The resolution on the monitor you chose is lacking as well as the response time, I would recommend at minimum Full HD 1080p at 60Hz if you are on a budget, and try to find a response time under 5ms if possible for a decent gaming monitor. For your budget that is a decent monitor. The response time is not the best but at least it is full hd, unlike the previous monitor. Hey, you have to do what's within your budget. Both would perform at the same refresh rate, just one with better resolution (the latter).
