Need a good Non SLI/Xfire motherboard for I5 4670k (Overclock)

I need a good overclocking motherboard for 4670k (z87). I wont be buying second GPU cos thats kinda wasting money, I would get new Gpu instead.
I was thinking to get ASrock z87 Extreme3 or MSI Z87-G43.
Or plz suggest better but similar price.

I5 4670K
Asus R9 280x-V2
Antec True Power 750w

I'd go the Asus Z87 Plus - they have the best handle on Z87/Haswell
and if you can afford more then Asus maximus 6 gene would be the best for single card.
