I don't know how to select the motherboard

Till now I've selected
Gigabyte (GA-H110M-S2) DDR4 Motherboard with USB port 3.0

AsRock B250M Pro4

RAM
Based on the motherboard i can get an idea for the 8gb RAM ..

Till now I've selected ddr4 ram 8gb not selected the company (8Gb RAM @2400)

Internal
2tb HDD
1tb HDD

Processor
i3 6100
I3 7100

GPU
Gtx 750 ti 2gb ddr5
Gtx 1050 2gb mini ddr5


Cpu coolers (above the processor)

Psu /smps 450W(recommended by a friend)
Need a good company & quality PSU for that

Optical drive ( internal LG or any good company )

Cabinet/cases for the PC (Good looking with lights

My Currency is INR

Suggest me a good one performance wise and future use too..

Smps PSU is not a branded one..
