Need a good recommendation for 350$-400$ gaming PC

As the title says, I need a 350$-400$ gaming PC that I can play fortnite, gta, fifa and maybe some COD, I'm planning on getting either a Ryzen system based on the Ryzen 3 2200g but that APU uses like 70-80$ motherboards being a 100$ APU itsef and 2x4 gig DDR4 2666Mhz ram which is pretty costly at the moment and plus the power supply and case it exceeds.

Again, browsing for the PC I ran into the PDC G4560 + GT 1030 build which uses cheaper motherboards and don't need that expensive RAM to run like the Ryzen which need 3200Mhz for a better performance I guess also I could swap DDR4 with DDR3, it's also a 1151 socket CPU which leaves me with the room to upgrade the CPU after some time of use for an I5 7600K and a GTX 1050ti.

The ryzen one costs 425$ while the PDC G4560 and GT 1030 costs 325$, I don't really know which one to pick, so some help would be appreciated.

Solution
Current gen. Intel. Strong GPU for good performance, and you have a lot of upgradability options going forward...

In the test you mentioned the GT 1030 is outperforming the the 2400g, so should I get the 7th gen G4650 and the 1030 with the Vulcan 8 gig DDR4 you recommended? Plus, I already have a 1 TB HDD that I can use of Western Digital and I was unsure of what case I could use so thanks for that as well.

Solution
Dual core is kind of not enough for modern builds, my take regarding you already own storage:

Can I swap GTX 1050 for GT 1030 since GTX 1050's are like 16000 taka or 200 USD here whereas the GT 1030 is around 80$ or 7200taka-8000taka.

Edit: The GTX 1050 is 2x the performance for the price but what should I pay? About 110USD? It's like 150-200$ in every site in my country. What I think I'm gonna do is get a Ryzen 3 2200g for now and when the prices here drop a bit then I'll get a 1050 mini for 140$ or 13500 taka, do you think the Ryzen 3 2200g can handle 720p low preset gaming in fortnite and fifa.

I live in Bangladesh, out here the Ryzen 2400g is near 200$(190-195$) or 15,800 taka. I think I'm gonna get these following parts:

Ryzen 3 2200g for around 8000 taka or 100$
B350M motherboard for about 7000 or a 87.5$.( Prices are so high)
2X4GB DDR4 24000MHz Patriot ram for 7000 taka around 87 bucks
Corsair-vs450-450w-80-plus-white for 3000 taka or 37$
Case for around 2400 taka or 30 bucks

Price of the build will be around 28400 taka or 330 bucks.

Will add a GTX 1050 ti later that costs right aroud 130-150$ mark which should let me game 1080p 60 fps right?
Just wanna know that if the ryzen can hold a 60 fps 720p experience on low till I get the GTX 1050ti 4 gig. Thank you.

Then what PSU should I get? or change the entire build based on other parts?
I think my best bet would be the g4650 dual core it outperforms the ryzen 3 2200g with vega 8 when paired with gt 1050 I can also upgrade it to i5 7th gen later on and get a gtx 1050ti so can you recommend a build for that? Or should I stick with the future proof amd ryzen.

You can check star tech bd and ryans computer for the relative pricing they sell these products and are one of the largest suppliers also I want fps don't care about graphics since what I'm gonna play is fortnite on stretch maybe 800x600 or 1156X1080 because it's the best stretched ones to use and fifa on low don't care, just wanna practice for the gaming competitions in my school for fifa 19. Maybe GTA 5 sometimes and minecraft with my irl friends. I don't really want good graphics I am happy with 60 average fps low on the games mentioned and competitive on fortnite (all low + epic view
