Need a good USB/plug microphone under $20

Uses: Skype, game chat, voice recording for videos, and other general chatting uses.

I already have Hyper X Clouds and the mic for them is going bad. So I need a good microphone under $20 that I can just plug straight into the PC's mic plug or USB port.

Any recommendation is appreciated.
