First, this is my setup:
Mobo - Asrock n68 S3
CPU - AMD Athlon II x2 240 ( 2.80Ghz)
PSU - 500W
Current GPU ( it's on the Mobo ) - the all mighty Geforce 7025 / nForce 630a (keeps those sweet 60fps on CS 1.6 , before someone throws a flash grenade - then i can't get even to 20 fps)
So I have listed the components (the ones that are necessary for the GPU reccomendation at least) that make my great setup. I would like to ask for the best GPU that will run (even with bottlenecks) , becouse i would like to play something like TES V : Skyrim at about 30fps and more - not on 4-5fps. And i know that it would be better if i just save up for a new system but the prices of things here in Bulgaria are sky high ( for me at least )
As always , thanks in advance! :)

best cpu you can get for that is a AMD Phenom II X4 945 which you could pair with a rx 460 to play skyrim

not going to get amazing fps, but it should be playable

your current cpu is not good enough at all

Tbh your cpu is horrible and upgrading it to even a phenom II x4 is a waste of money. Best I can recommend is a gtx 1050 ti, gtx 1050 or rx 460 and then a bit later get a new cpu motherboard and ram.

Thanks for the fast answers! I just want to ask something about the 1050 and the 1050 Ti and it is :
Will my mobo detect the 1050 and the 1050 Ti?

As long as it has a pcie-16 slot it will work (yours does so no problem).
Can I just ask what psu is it that you are using?

My PSU is 550W, not 500W and it's the PowerBox 550W and it doesnt have a 6 pin connector (yay) .

GET A NEW PSU NOW. Do not put the 1050 in that system the psu will kill itself most likely and take the computer with it. According to the internet it's really bad and has a nice tendency to kill your pc 😀.

Are you seriuos about that ? I did my research and I didn't find any info about the "killing" PCs part. And the PSU should be fine even if i put a 1050 or a 1050 Ti becouse they do not require a 6 pin connector from the PSU.

I just googled around back then and from whatever I found + some small research about the amps on the rails I concluded that it most likely can't handle anything above 220-250 w of power going through it without it breaking. The people that had this psu said that when they tried to use molex to 6 pin and boot the psu geave out and fried their gpu, motherboard,... I overreacted a bit because I was on a 14 cases streak of finding out that the problem with someones pc was a bad psu. So that is why I would highly advice you to also upgrade it to a better unit. I'm not sure if adding a 1050 will make it go over it's limit or if it's going to be fine. You'll have to see that for yourself.

Well that's bad but still I don't think that a 1050 will make the PSU screw everything up because the 1050 does not require a 6 pin connector from the PSU ( not that there is a 6 pin on that PSU ) and should be fine but I'll search for some more info in the Internet.

Your CPU has 3 limitations: Sub 3ghz clockspeed, no L3 cache memory, and it's dual core. So, as long as you stick to games that don't demand a lot from the CPU, I think something like a GTX 750 Ti would be worth it. Try to get it used if you can so you can get it at as low a price as possible. Those cards don't demand much power.
