I have a HP Pavilion Slimline s5212y and I was wondering what graphics card I could get.
Specs:

I was thinking the Sapphire Radeon HD 4650 512mb

or the Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 4350 512mb
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001MTB5ZC/ref=ord_cart_shr?ie=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER

I have heard the Radeon HD 4650 works with a 200w psu on the newegg feedback for that card, but haven't heard much on the HD 4350

Solution
Yes it will work!
The HD4650 or HD4350 will both work with your PSU if it has reasonable +12 volt rail. The system is going to be pulling less than 200 watts with either of them. The HD5550 I linked to earlier consumes even less power.

Simply keep asking won't get you a darn good solution. A bit of work on you own will simply do.

First, calculate how much power you need.

This will give you the idea if you need a better PSU, or simply get a less power consumtion GPU.

Warning! draw too much power from rated PSU will blow away your PSU. Then damaged PSU will take computer components along. So don't be cheap on PSU.
