Antec are a reliable brand, and as far as i'm aware their 520W units are usually Seasonic OEM, if it's High current gamer or Neo Eco, model ? So if that's correct, it looks like power won't be an issue for this budget of card.

R9 270 ($159.99/$149.99 with rebate): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202090&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

The 270X requires 2x 6 pin power connectors. The 270 just 1x 6pin.

The 270X is faster out the box, while the 270 is a down clocked version that can perform similarly when overclocked itself. In this summary of the 270X, the 270 = around 7870 performance.
