Looking to be able to run dual monitors one being a 144 hz monitor and the other just a 60 hz. I want to be able to play most if not all games with good frames. I want to be able to multi task and do some video editing for school work.

This is teh best you can get for your money:

That Xeon is equivalent to an i7 6700 but cheaper.

Solution
I agree that the Xeon E3-1240 is the way to go processor wise below is my alternative because I personally don't like most of Rosewill's cases or PNY SSD's not to say they are bad but below would be my suggestion.

And you would downgrade from a 1070 to an RX 480 on a gaming build to get a better SSD and case? Cmon..

from the tests ive seen the 480 has the ability to play most games at 144fps at 1080p without an issue so for OP's needs yeah if his performance wont suffer why not?

The RX 480 is sufficient only for 1080p 60. FOr 144hz a 1070 is merited. And how about tomorrow's games? So long as teh CPU can handle it, sacrificing the GPU for components that add nothing to gaming in a gaming build is just bad practice.

Merited by whom? what do you mean about tomorrow's game, no one knows what requirements games are going to have in future the GTX 1070 isn't much less prone to the same problem as the RX 480 is. While I agree the 1070 is a better card than the RX 480 doesn't mean get meh quality parts elsewhere, I was mainly just offering an alternative to your suggestion just to give OP options. additional there is something to be said about people who care about the noise computers make as well as how the computer actually look, I will happily pay like £100 on a nice looking case to take pride in my computer even if that means I lower my components a little and have to go from ultra to high settings just because the way the computer looks is important to me. All im saying is I was giving options and you cant try and say one opinion is better than the other, while your will give better fps in game mine will look better and has a better SSD and those are 2 things I personally care about.

I'm with Hlsgsz on this one, the 1070 is a way better graphics card, and I personally would not sacrifice it for a better ssd/case. Although the 480 will definitely get the job done at 1080, the 1070 can do it better, and although it wouldn't be at any great frame rates, it would be able to handle some 4k gaming as well.

The 1070 will also be the better choice in a long term sense, the 480 will be obsolete long before the 1070, and the 1070 has way better OC potential over the 480, adding even more to its longevity.

Dude, just watch the videos. I'm assuming OP bought an 144Hz monitor so he can game at over 60 😉

EDIT: and while i personally couldn't care less about how my build looks as i spend my time looking at the monitor, not the case, I do get that some people do and have nothing against that if we are talking about a 1500+ build. Sacrificing any amount of gaming performance for looks, let alone the significant one between a 1070 and 480, is just plain childish IMHO. Ofcourse, I mean no offense!
