need a great help for gaming

my cpu requirments are,
processor- core2duo 3.00 (6M cache) RAM- 4GB GPU- nvidia geforce gt 710
In windows 10 I played games smoothly but in windows 7 those games are lagging. why is this happening? I need help from experts. Thank You.

What are the games involved? I can't imagine many games running smoothly on a GT 710 unless they were made in 2006 or so or solitaire.

Are you using a Laptop? if your laptop has an integrated and dedicated GPU then the default GPU might have been changed. Got Nvidia Control Panel and change the default GPU for each Programs.

So just use Windows 10.

This is probably due to driver support on Win7.
