Better SSD, better GPU & better PSU (still excellent quality) for the price. Was able to get it right around your budget.

You could also change a few other parts such as the case to get it cheaper.

I would personally go with 2080 super = https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...ee-20&linkId=a35fe864eea61154770a5842f3078c70 (pretty big discount so it fits into your budget)

and also I would go with motherboard that supports 3000series Ryzen so if you want to invest little more money into motherboard get this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...ee-20&linkId=214a00eebdbfc790e82903df6b626889 (it includes m.2 heatsink so I really recommend it ) and if you don't want to waste that much money on a motherboard than get this one = you should not save money on a motherboard ... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...ee-20&linkId=baf4163e8346155fb42f274907b5a14d
That gpu change will pump the price high, it’s tempting but my budget can’t go that much.
I’ll consider the change on the mobo too.
Thanks a lot buddy
