A little note about the case: I realize that in levels of quality, the case sort of outweighs the other components. This is simply because of future upgrades which I anticipate to be soonish. However, if the case would cause a problem please let me know. It just has features that I like/looks good to me/well equipped for my future upgrades.

Here you go. Don't know if you plan to overclock the CPU. If not, you could go with the i5-3750 (no K) and a cheaper motherboard and loose the CPU cooler. This would definately get you to your budget. I left out the case. A mid tower case will serve just fine for upgrading. I have 3 GPU, 4 HDDs, water cooling, and many case fans all in a mid tower case. No problem. Temps are good. and everything fits.

Thanks! Since this is my first build and since I really don't have a clue as to how to overclock, I don't foresee myself overclocking my cpu anytime soon. So will getting a CPU without the "K" could I get the price down?
