Need A little Guidance with Picking Right Monitor

Hello I Need A little Help
I am In Need of and (okay) Monitor. To let everyone know I am on a tight (Budget)
My Pc Build with is Basically so I can play pc racing games and maybe 1 or 2
Shooter games that’s about it . Now I know you get what you pay for !

With been said will this be okay?
Acer 24" 1080p Full HD Widescreen LED Display - K242HL bd….
Spec’s Response Time;5ms.....Refresh Rate; 60Hz…..Input Lag ? not listed Why and how to find that before I buy? Also what and acceptable Input lag number

GPU > with 3 Monitor Support
EVGA GeForce GTX 950 GAMING 2GB GDDR5 Short-Board Video Card

So Would This Get Job Done? Because I Been Trying to Understand The Three Mains > Response Time -- 60hz / 60frps --- Input put Lag..Seeing how these are so important

5ms doesnt give any input lagg at 60hz.
you can only game on 1 monitor with a gtx 950 and use the other 2 for webbrowsing , or youre playing with 5 fps.

dont buy cheap monitors from acer -> buy only cheamp monitors from asus or benq.

[Let me get this Right I Cant do 3 monitor setup like for I-racing using that Field of View? Now So 5ms or less Gives Little or no (Input Lag @ All) Sweet well that part greatly helps thanks... 3rd may I ask whats so bad about Acer monitors? just so I know

cheap acer monitors use cheap quality material,
and yes you would stress your gpu too hard for that.

In other words I would have to spend $500.00 on a different GPU basically Right?

nawh around 320 for a gtx 970
