So, for a while I have been wanting to upgrade my PC's graphics card and CPU with a budget of around £500 to £560 ($618 to $692). I was thinking of upgrading my R7 370 to a GTX 1070 and my FX-6300 to an FX-8350.

Although I am not sure about the upgrade as i am not sure the parts will be compatible or whether there will be any bottle necking issues, if anyone could shed some light on the situation it would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
I don't think a bottleneck would be too much of a problem, though with zen coming out soon (I believe), what you might want to do is just buy the graphics card for now (pairing it with the FX-6300 isn't too bad if it's temporary) and collect money so when Zen comes out you can get a new motherboard along with a new CPU. I've heard rumors that it's competing with some I7 CPU's.

Changed your psu and cooler.

Does my current psu not provide enough watts for the new parts?
