Does any one know the best Motherboard for this CPU
I need it to have a raid 0,1,5,10 south bridge and the ability to have sli hookup with on board audio also DDR2 800 Memory please if anyone knows or has anything like this setup i would be grateful for your help.

If you want SLI than I'm pretty sure that you have a good selection there. Not sure why you want SLI, since it's overrated, but some applications work better w/SLI (not my area of expertise). The RAM looks good to and after MIR has a nice price. There about 4 different RAM selections at newegg that end up being about the same price after MIR. Here they are for your perusal.

As far as needing a aftermarket CPU HSF, you will only need one if your going for heavy or extreme OC's. The stock HSF should cover most mild OC's without any issues.
