So I bought all my components for a brand new amd based pc. I have included the parts list below. I have begun to build the computer system and the graphics card will not power on. The lights on the motherboard turn on and so does the fan for the heat sink. The graphics card is plugged in and gets warm to the touch. I have it going out to an hdmi monitor. Any help would be appreciated for this rookie.
