Need a low cost good quality Liquid cooling GPU and CPU kit/part(s)

For the past couple of months I've been researching the concept of liquid cooling. I'm looking into getting my entire system (CPU and GPU, etc) on liquid cooling. But I haven't had much luck in looking for a full GPU block for my 2 Asus r9 270x's. I want to over-clock them. My tech specs are here.
Motherboard: Asus Z-87 Plus
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 1600 MHz 16GB
Processor: Intel Core I7 4770K. At stock clock speed LGA 1150
Current Cooler: CM Hyper 212 Evo
PSU: EVGA Supernova 850 watt power supply
GPU(S): 2 Asus direct CU2 R9 270x TOP With Stock Fans
SPU(Sound Card) Sound Blaster Audigy FX
Case: Corsair Carbide Series 400R with 7 Fans Installed

it would be pointless to liquid cool 270x their not that high end would be waste of money.

If you really want to buy a new cooler,then get a new one for the 4770K.
But that would be pointless too as you didn't OC it and the Hyper 212 EVO cools it pretty well,I assume.

Haters gonna hate.

I liquid cooled my R9 270x and my FX 4130 for the fun of it. It's also good experience for later when you have a system that is "worthy" of water cooling. As for cheap, I don't think there's a cheap and good option. I used mostly EK components in my build. for my R9 270x I used the VGA supremacy universal GPU block and heat sinks on all the VRM and VRAM with a PCI dual fan thingy under it.

I'm not saying that liquid cooling your entire system is a bad idea,but why?
It would be better spending that money to upgrade your other components,or even get a liquid cooler for your CPU(which is pointless,since he has done no OCing.)
@ OP If you really really want to liquid cool your system,then an EK water loop is a great option. EK-KIT X360 is a great one,but it's about $350.

You could but now you have all the cooling hardware you need for higher end components. It's just a matter of which components you want to buy first. New cards or watercooling stuff.

Yes I spent about $350 doing my entire loop, a 240 rad (EK), a CPU and VGA block (both EK), tubing (primochill), reservoir (alphacool), fittings (EK), and coolant (mayhems). I have 4 BladeMaster fans on my rad which ran about $9 each on amazon, and they are FANTASTIC fans.
