Need a low profile GPU for a PC with a 220W PSU

What are the lowest powered GPUs out there that are suitable for browsing/video playback and playing light games like minecraft? The Intel G41 integrated graphics are chugging a little bit and running into compatibility issues with Windows 10.

I'm not interested in heavy gaming on this particular machine so I should hope that makes it easier to list some recommendations. (Preferably Nvidia due to their driver updates).

Not to sure on that one, probably something like R5 230 ($50 new). But to me even that is too much to pay for such a card, it is a rebrand of the HD 8450. 220W is a very low power rating and it is likely the power supply has very low amperage on its 12V rail.
