Need a manual

Hello,
My computer wont turn on anymore. Was working fine, unhooked it to move, hooked it back up, hit power and the computer powers up, fans spin, but just a blank screen. I have tried swaping out monitors, graphics cards, ram cards, bios battery. I dont know what else to do. The red CPU light is on, on my motherboard, want to find a manual so I can figure out how to reset it.
