Need a memory recommendation.

i'm building a starter budget gaming PC to play lower end games on, and i have all of my parts already sorted except the memory and was wondering if anyone can give me a few options that you think would be good.

The Kingston looks perfect. Can i use 1600 MHz memory on my board even though it says "Support for DDR3 1333/1066/800 MHz memory modules" ?

I'm guessing if put the 1600 MHz in it, it will just down clock it to 1333 or something of the sort?

Yes, they will run by default at 1333 MHz.
