RAM:
2X2 or 2X4, havent decided yet.

Btw, this build will be able to run modern games in medium settings,right?

also, to answer your graphics question I would recommend the new 750ti FTW newegg exclusive, for this specific model has 2 fans (so you can overclock with it) and has 2gb GDDR5 memory

better overclocking support, support for much higher-clocked memory, 4 DDR3 slots, PCI-e 3.0 (though tbh we'll pretty much never hit the max bandwidth for 2.0 in our lives lol), more SATA ports (6) and no SATA 2 ports, etc. Totally up to you though.

MSI B75MA-E33. think you dont should spend more mony than that, if you dont wanna upgrade in the near future. You dont need fetures like sli and you still got support for ddr3 1600mhz and 1 sata 6

I would like to know what budget you have in your mind. Also, the cheap motherboards will recognize G3258 only after you update the BIOS to latest - Meaning, you should either have at least a cheap Haswell as backup processor or borrow it from your friend, install on the motherboard you buy and flash its BIOS to latest. Then replace that processor with Intel G3258.
