Need a monitor = 200$

Hallo guys,

i need a help with buying new monitor.

Requirements :

22´and more...
Probably IPS display
Most used as a office display (internet, office etc.)
Budget : less 200$

I want something as LG IPS235P, but in our country (Czech Republic) is unavaible.

Maybe you could list what brands are available to you in your country. Also where you want to buy from because if I list something that I found here (US) for under $200 , when you go to look it up in your country it's going to be a different price (usually more).
