Need a motherboard for my i3-4170

I have been having a hard time finding a motherboard that will support my i3-4170 out of the box with no bios updates so if someone could find one I prefer it to be under 100, have a hdmi, and support usb 3.0 and have good reviews + partpicker show that its compatible. Reviews arent that good, I know there are always gonna be bad reviews but from what i've seen the gigabyte brand isnt the most favorable.

the power supply you have is not the best they die soon

What if I go with this mobo - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gab85mds3ha - partpicker states its compatile and I see poeple use it with the same cpu and it has 1150 along with the i3 4170 im getting but the cpu support list doesnt show the 4170 but it shows the 4160...do you think I should get it? Other people have
