how do i install this heatsink on my mobo? do i have to take the mobo out? or do i place the bracket onto the Proccessor?
You don't need to take the mobo out from the case, just lay it down, if the mobo have back plate or bracket it's more easy to install the heatsink rather than using push clip. If it using push clips, then you need to push the push clips really carefully and make sure it is in their hole, because sometime the push clips will be broken if you missplace it.

The way this aircooler mounts is pretty much the same way as the vast majority of other aircoolers on your board. Some have brackets that attach to the heatsink, some have brackets that just hold the heatsink down, but all have a backplate for weight support. Those that don't, use pushpin mount, same as that feeble stock Intel cooler.

You can use pretty much any aircooler you wish, if it has a 120mm fan it's going to be better than stock, if it's a known good brand name it'll for sure be better than stock. The only priorities are the case clearance and ability. Anything rated 130w+ and you are good to go.

Just avoid coolers rated for low profile as those are designed for htpc with minimal usage on cpus half of what yours can do.
