Need a new 800 dollar gaming pc.

Hello, I am fairly new to gaming on the pc. I know a decent amount of information about parts, etc.
I am looking for a computer that will last a good amount of time and that can play Arma 3 very well. I would be fine with high frames on high, but I would prefer high frames on ultra.

Budget: 800 (I can go up to around 860)
Don't need an operating system or a monitor.
