Need a new budget quad core AM3 CPU

Hey guys, I need a budget quad core AMD AM3 processor in order to improve my PC's performance. Here are my PC specs:

Current CPU: AMD Athlon x2 240 Regor 2.8 GHz
RAM: 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Motherboard: Biostar A780L3
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX+
PSU: 430w with dual 6-pin

So please, like mentioned above, I want a budget quad core AM3 CPU that's at least 3+ GHz and make sure it's not bottlenecking my GPU! So feel free to comment your suggestions!
