Need a New CPU and Motherboard

In March ill have the GTX 1060 6gb so my current specs are:
CPU: AMD A8-6600k
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Mobo: MSI A55M-E33
GPU: GTX 650
Resolution: 1360-768
PSU: 600 Watts

I need a new motherboard and im really on a tight budget which means i think ill have 200$ left since ill have the 1060 6gb.. i need a new mother board which will fit my ram so i can stay away as far as possible to buy a new one and a intel core CPU since my current CPU is Shit.. really. it will bottle neck... i just want to play all the games i been left out like AC unity and all those AAA titles and Witcher 3 of course..

This is about the closest you'd get to avoid serious bottleneck while keeping your current RAM, tho 8gb isnt really enough. You may want to get a 1050Ti or an RX 470 and better CPU tho..
