Need a New monitor

Hey guys i just joined the forums after finding myself coming back here after any pc-related google search. so my question what monitor should i get .i will be using my new monitor for streaming movies and tv shows,youtube videos and general web browsing, and lastly for gaming i only play TF2 and minecraft so gaming won't really affect the selection process too much. alright i have 3 ideas in mind for the actual monitor one is a hp 27 inch led monitor with no speakers

the next contender is the sony 3d display

and my last idea is getting a cheap 32" HDTV from walmart and using that as a monitor

i am currently favoring the HP but if you guys have any other good suggestions and i don't want to spend more than $300 so the sony is only there for the 3D which i don't really care for

You don't need 3D. 3D hurts your eyes and overtime you will get bored with it and you will feel that you waste extra money for buying a 3D monitor. And that monitor is (I think) only for PS3.

If me I will buy the HP monitor.

I'd go with an IPS monitor personally.

the 3d display is compatibale with any component or hdmi input. the ips monitor is smaller and has a slower response time than the hp monitor or the 3d display
