[SOLVED] Need a new motherboard - suggestions?

Hey I have little experience with motherboards. Any help finding a good one which is within a $175 budget?

MY SPECS:
2 Sticks of DDR4 RAM 8 Gigs
Intel i5 6600k
GeForce GTX 1070
My case is big and has support for all sizes
Only one fan as well as CPU heatsink

Since its a 1151 chip youll have to most likely look on the used market or pay way too much at a retail ship for some old stock. Any Z170 or Z270 mobo will basically work.

I like both , can't go wrong. Get the TUF board , very well made.

Personally, if at all possible, I would jump ship to a new platform, if you can, unless you are only playing older, and/or lightly threaded titles. You could pick up a Ryzen 5 1600 AF, which is basically an R5 2600, and a B450 board, for that kind of budget. In the high end/newest AAA titles, that 6600k isn't going to give you a smooth experience, sadly.
