Need a new PC.

I need a new pc now with the xbone and PS4 out.What i would want from it is to play game like BF4/AC4 or DAI/Witcher 3 when they come out.On 1080 and high on settings(i can tolerate some on Medium,and don't really need AA and such).I would be very gratefull if someone would help me build one.
